Stainless Steel Cold Heading Wire

Thanks to the experience of years of studies and research from our technical staff, Novametal is able to supply a specific coating called NCS - Nova Coating System that can improve the forming of the wire, whilst also conserving the usage of tools of the cold header.

It is very easy to remove (soluble in water) and resistant to pre-forging temperatures.

The combination of the high quality of our stainless steel wire with the specific new coating studied for the cold heading market makes the products available from Techwire innovative and optimum for this field of application.
